Spotted: Jaw drops. Head whips around. Eyes bug out in cartoon fashion. Oh My God!!! Look at this sweater!!! The colors children, the colors! This dog is like a walking black-light poster. Also, the bands of black and green remind me of "Space Invaders." Points awarded for general awesomeness; extra points for reminding me of a classic arcade game I used to play at the Teen Center.At: Lower East Side, which just got a little bit cooler.
